Hey, I'm Dr MJ

I am an effortless meditation teacher with 7 years of "as regular as possible" meditation practice and I have experience a profound shift in my inner dialogue and the way I experience the daily hustle as a working parent of three. I am also an accredited exercise scientist that specialised supporting pregnant and postpartum women.

Ever since I've been able to I received my certification in meditation teaching, I have been putting together a new program for parents which I hope will help parents with their mental load.
